Isaac Fayose, brother of former Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose, has insisted that life in Nigeria is cheaper than in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia.
He was speaking about the rising hardship in Nigeria and consequent migration of Nigerians to other countries.
He said in a video on his Instagram page that living in Nigeria is still more affordable than other advanced countries.
He cited the cost of basic goods and services and the exchange rate for prices abroad as aspects where Nigeria could be considered more economical.
He compared the price of Indomie noodles bought and the cost of transportation here in Nigeria with other foreign countries and concluded that Nigeria is still cheaper compared to other foreign countries.
He stated, ”We have problem, Yes! but we will get over it . Na our money spoil, our lives no spoil.”
