A man, who claims his name is Euro, has narrated how his life turned upside down in Canada.
The man, believed to be Nigerian, said he was arrested while driving a stolen Maserati and thrown in jail. He appeared tattered and ragged from possible drug use.
He was seen smoking a cigarette from a pipe while sitting in the streets of Toronto, Canada. Asked how life was with him, he said, “bad”. When he was asked why he thought so, he said, “I don’t know.”
He, however, said he was hoping for a bright future with peace and “crack cocaine”.
Sounding disoriented, he went on to say he was homeless and was waiting to find a shelter before heading back to his home in the province.
His plight drew reactions from Nigerians who lamented the tough fate he is passing through. They appealed to viewers to assist him to locate his family as rehabilitation may change his fate for the better.
He told his story in a video posted on Instagram by @reedinthestreet.

@fabulous_lin: “Could be true, the fact that there are couple of them who normally ask for some assistance on street cars makes me to believe he’s a Nigerian; early this year I met one on same Dundas street car who claimed he’s from Delta State.”
@matan_mathews: “Sounds Nigerian. Sound Schizotypal of some sort. With medications and rehabilitation there can be a favorable outcome in the long run. Sad to watch…”
@muditayo: “When he used “trek” I knew he was naija for sure. Probably he was in jail cos the guy said he still got his jail shoes on. He’s neat so it doesn’t look that bad. I pray he gets help soon.”
@Tuamapaul: “Young people need to calm down and listen to their elders. This one must have been told to quit drugs and gangs but believed he was invincible.”
