Thomson_jr_: “This is not a civil matter. It’s a criminal matter. The law doesn’t listen to years and apologies. The only person to calm everything is person B, by not pressing criminal charges. I hope criminal charges are laid. If someone corks a gun to fire you and for some reason the gun didn’t fire, then consider the person your killer already. The implication of this is that, if the charges are laid, person A may end up serving a some time (depending on the charges) then deported or deported straight away, or if allowed to stay, it would be very difficult to attain PR if person A has not already attained PR.”

This is a country where events are documented from your day of birth till your last breath. This behavior has a tendency of jeopardizing her future. Before anger gets the most of you, think of the consequences of your actions!”
